About Sajal Agrawal
Sajal Agrawal is a seasoned professional with over 16 years of hands-on experience in the silver ornaments and jewellery industry. He completed his Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in 2013 from Agra College. However, his professional journey began much earlier—in 2010, when he joined his family-owned payal (silver anklet) manufacturing business.
Through years of direct involvement in manufacturing, he developed a deep understanding of silver purity, craftsmanship, costing, and supply chain operations. Building on this strong foundation, he later expanded into the wholesale and retail business of silver ornaments and jewellery, gaining extensive exposure to market demand, pricing behavior, customer expectations, and inventory management.
His long-standing industry experience and practical knowledge played a pivotal role in the conceptualization and launch of HR Pro Hedge. With his clear understanding of real market operations and jewellers’ requirements, he contributed significantly to shaping the platform into a reliable, operationally sound, and industry-relevant solution.
